What is your store policy?
Return --If you are dissatisfied for defective products or any other reasons, the products need to be checked on the day you receive package. No return or exchange will be accepted after 3 days of delivery. Please contact us asap within 3 days of delivery and then you may return for a refund less actual shipping. Product must be returned by your expense in same condition as sent with original packing materials. Store maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. If you want to return it, please do not open it. No warranty on imports. Refund shall be given as money back. --We will issue an RMA(return) numbers for incorrect items shipped. --Defective items that have happened during delivery by usps and ups after qc checking and shipping will be followed by the regulation of USPS or UPS. --We inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits,or exchanges. --Returned items will have to be in the original packaging. --Also returned items should not have any signs of abuse,and repairs. --Merchandise must be sent back displaying the appropriate RMA number. --All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue.
